Our Customer Engagement Team at TreeAMS visited our visionary Operations Excellence Champions in Malaysia to understand operational issues faced and to ensure a smooth onboarding process onto the TreeAMS Virtual Operations Excellence Headquarters (VOPEXC HQ). With the VOPEXC HQ, everyone involved in operations can log in to get updates, provide updates, communicate and execute tasks from one centralized platform.

We met with the various department heads of Old Town White Coffee (OTWC) to share how the company wide TreeAMS operations management platform can be used by every department in the company ranging from the Franchise Operations department to, Training, Audit and compliance, Marketing, Customer Service, Procurement and of course, the Franchise Management Team. The OTWC team brainstormed and came up with new ways to maximise the TreeAMS platform usage. The next day Elsa, Chief Customer Experience Officer of TreeAMS walked with the OTWC team to see how the compliance team conducted their audits and discussed how else the technology can fit their processes even better!

We also visited US Pizza, Nale and The Beer Factory, all of whom are movers and shakers in the Malaysian F&B scene to fine-tune their onboarding journey and also introduced our Audit and Checklist Mobile app which will be launched by the end of February 2024! This new feature will allow Auditors to conduct audits and issue corrective actions all from their mobile phones!

Talking about The Beer Factory, we went in to discover that they are currently using another software to conduct the audit. Even though the software is enough for the auditor to conduct their job, The Beer Factory decided to use TreeAMS to have a more consolidated information for other areas of the business, including SOP, Training and Network Management. This way, the management will only need to login into one platform to see all the operational information pertaining to each outlet.

The Summary sheets will also allow auditors who manage a large number of outlets to track how each outlet and manager is handling the corrective actions.
