How do we protect your Personal Data?

TreeAMS maintains a formal security program materially in accordance with industry standards that is designed to:

• Protect against threats or hazards to the security of your Personal Data
• Prevent unauthorized access to your Personal Data

How is your Personal Data maintained?

TreeAMS shall make periodic backups of your Personal Data. If the data is deleted by you, and you subsequently require us to restore it, we will provide reasonable assistance at our then-current rates for such services. Throughout the Term, you shall have the right to access and extract your Personal Data using the methods described in the Documentation.

How do we use your Personal Data?

TreeAMS designs its Service to allow our users access to different level of services through differentiated configurations and data categories management. This is enforced through user access controls using your Personal Data for verification of your identity.

TreeAMS may share your Personal Data with third parties for the purpose of delivering the Services. We shall require such third parties to ensure that any of your data disclosed to them is kept confidential and secured.

How do you help us protect your Personal Data?

If either party believe that there has been a disclosure of your Personal Data to anyone other than an Authorized Party or TreeAMS, the party must promptly notify each other. Additionally, each party will reasonably assist the other party in remediating or mitigating any potential damages.

What happens to your Personal Data upon termination/expiry of contract?

TreeAMS will allow you to download or export your data within 30 days after expiry. Post 30 days, we will delete all the data. We will no longer be responsible for your data nor entertain any requests for data retrieval after this period.
